We want you to love your Odele routine, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all products. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the products in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
